Huiying joins AVID/CIRA and the Data Assimilation Branch. She is working on RRFS-Smoke data assimilation of aerosol-indicating observations for improved regional smoke and fire weather forecasting.
Huiying has a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, University of Connecticut, 2019 and a B.S. in Surveying and Mapping Engineering, Central South University, 2012.
