Diversity Impact Award from Association of Employee Resource Groups
Overview: This award recognizes exceptional Employee Resource Group contributions to diversity, equality, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives across NOAA. DPAWG was selected for its recommendations to NOAA leadership to increase the diversity of recruits into a Leadership and Career Development Program and improve the inclusivity of the training program. These efforts are necessary to help break down barriers and facilitate pathways to leadership within NOAA.
